Most table linen orders will arrive in less than a week!
TABLE LINEN PURCHASES
Most of our table linen orders ship within 48-72 hours via UPS from PA or NJ. After shipping, your order should arrive in 2-5 days, unless you’ve requested other shipping arrangements. 10 and 13 gauge vinyl table coverings are currently shipping in 4-6 weeks.
If you need to have your table linens by a certain date, there is a place to select your “Must have by date” when you are checking out. This helps us make sure you’ll get your table linens in time with the shipping option you’ve selected.
We recommend that you place your order at least a week in advance of when you need to have it by to ensure that it arrives on time. If you need it yesterday, give our sales team call or shoot them an e-mail, and they’ll see what they can work out for you!

TABLE LINEN RENTAL ORDERS
Table linen rental orders will ship to be received by your “Must have by date“, using the shipping method you selected when you placed your order. Table linen rentals are shipped from either PA or NJ, so if you are placing a table linen rental order less than a week in advance, double check to make sure your shipping option will allow for a timely delivery.
SCREEN & DIGITAL PRINT ORDERS
Shipping and delivery times for screen and digitally printed orders vary depending on art approval and location. Your order will be put into production once you have submitted your order and provided approval for your artwork. The order will ship from NJ about 10 business days after the approval of your artwork. Shipping time to your location will depend on where you are located.
FURNITURE
The lead time for each furniture product is listed on the product’s description page. Many folding table and folding chair orders ship out within 48-72 hours. Aluminum tables, cafeteria tables, choral risers, stages, and platforms usually take 4-6 weeks to ship. If you have any questions about shipping or delivery about a particular furniture product, get it touch with one of our sales representatives.
