Planning a graduation party this month? Don’t just lay paper napkins out in a stack on the buffet table. With just a little bit of time and effort, your napkins can become a design element all on their own. Here are 10 quick and easy graduation party napkins that’ll brighten up any table.
I love the tassels wrapped around these silk napkins from CafeNohut. They would look so nice in school colors. They would be really quick to make because those little tassels are readily available – especially this time of year.
Here’s a tutorial from Craft Elf on how to make these adorable graduation cap napkin rings. You use craft foam to make the mortar board then add tassel made from embroidery floss. I think I would get a package of little tassels instead to make this project even quicker.
Here’s a cool graduation napkin ring from Tiny Prints. Just add graduation cap stickers to a piece of cardstock.
Celebrations at Home used a “Keys to Success” theme for their graduate. This napkin ring also serves as a place card and even a party favor. The metal frames/book plates were found at a craft store.
Did you know you can get personalized M&Ms that say just about anything? That’s what Celebrations used to make these napkin rings. If you don’t want to order personalized M&Ms, you could just use M&Ms in your school colors. You’d probably have to eat the other colors in the bag though;-)
Sheila’s DotsDaisies used a graduation stamp set to make these napkin rings. It’s always good to wrap your plastic utensils up in paper napkins so your guests can grab them easily.
That’s what folks from Party Planning did for this basketful of utensils. The napkins are tied with ribbon to look like diplomas.
The Suburban Epicurean made a colorful presentation on her graduation party table with these napkins. This “diploma” is wrapped with a specialty ribbon that reads “Class of 2014.” I’m sure there are all kinds of graduation decorations, including ribbon, available this time of year.
Everyday Dishes provides a free printable download for this Diploma Napkin Wrap. You’d have to modify the year of the graduation, but I love the “old school” look of the diplomas.
The NapkinWizard provides a terrific video tutorial for this graduation cap napkin fold. After you fold your napkin into a mortarboard just add a tassel that could be either homemade or store-bought. Doesn’t the colored napkin look great on the black plate?
Recognize the achievements of your graduate by decorating his or her table with one of these cool graduation party napkins. Need cloth napkins? Visit Bright Settings to see all the colors and fabrics available in your school colors.
