How a Happy Sales Customer became a Happy Rental Customer
The conclusion I came to when faced with planning two recent events was:
1. My linen closet is full and I want something new and fresh.
2. I don’t want to commit to a new purchase of table linens right now.
3. I want great customer service, quality and exceptional value.
4. I want more time to enjoy my company and less hassle planning my event.
5. I want to try a variety of new linens to see what I like best.
6. I want linens delivered to my doorstep and free return shipping.
7. I don’t want to wash, iron or store any tablecloths right now!
The experience of renting from start to finish:

Loly called from customer service to carefully go over all the details of my rental order. We discussed my specific tablecloth order, the date and details of arrival and the instructions for returning the tablecloths. My order was delivered by U.P.S. to my front doorstep in a large box mid week, three days before my first event. This was great as it gave me time to take inventory, go over everything, make minor adjustments to my seating arrangement and figure out which tables and table linens would go where.
I was impressed that all the linens were packaged on hangers. Each linen was wrapped in plastic which was clearly labeled by style, shape, color and size. This made it quite easy to carry each linen to each table without getting anything wrinkled or dirty. Each tablecloth was also labeled with shape and size which was helpful after the plastic bags were removed. My new puppy really loved the box and tried to help open and unpack everything!
Normally, I would not order such a large variety of styles and colors of table linens at one time but I decided to take this opportunity to get familiar with some new linen styles without having to commit to a big purchase. I also thought it would be fun to mix up the colors for Easter.
I noticed that many of the table linens I rented are new and not yet well photographed on the Premier Table Linens website so guess what I did? I took lots of photos and shared them with Tony and Ryan. Hopefully, we will be seeing them soon. Here are just a few:
The blush pink dazzle is soft and pretty. It is lighter in color than many other pinks I have seen and I love the fabric! If you are looking to create that magical fairytale feeling, consider the dazzle table linens.
The Turquoise Gold Dazzle is another one of my favorites! It has a iridescent shimmer and a wonderful texture that is dreamy and dazzling under natural sunlight or indoor lights.
This is the Crinkled Taffeta Delano Table Linen, available in 22 beautiful colors. It has a fabulous crinkled texture that requires no ironing!
The Spun Poly tablecloths are great heavy weight soft and durable table linens that feel like cotton. They are available in 26 beautiful colors.
The Poly stripe tablecloths have a polished and tailored crisp look that is both traditional and chic!
It was difficult to decide which side I liked better on the Majestic tablecloths: the smooth silky satin side or the lightly textured dupioni silk side. Both sides are great options.
Renting linens from Premier Table Linens was a positive experience from start to finish and I really appreciated being able to keep the linens for a whole week. During that time, I was able to use them for two events, work with the linens to photograph them and figure out my new favorites.
I had previously rented linens from another rental company near our local town but had only 3 days to keep the linens. I had to drive 20 minutes to pick them up and drive 20 minutes to return them and they were much more expensive. Renting from Premier Table Linens worked out much better!
The Return Duffle Bag with Postage Paid Return
I packed all of the rental linens into this duffle bag that was included with my shipment. All I did was shake off the linens first and fold them up so they fit in the bag. I zipped the bag, inserted the pre-paid return label and packing slip into the plastic window, sealed it, then placed the bag on our front doorstep. Tony arranged for U.P.S. to pick it up since it was such a large (and heavy) order! I could have also dropped it off at the nearest UPS location, Office Depot, Staples or any other authorized UPS drop off location. This has to be the best customer service from any table linen company!
If all of that wasn’t enough, I also received a thank you card for my rental order. All I can say is this company is impressive and I am now a Sales and Rental customer for life!

on September 6, 2014 at 9:06 amThere are so many beautiful options. Renting is so much easier than worrying about tracking down what I need, getting them in the right sizes and then storing them after the event!

on May 2, 2014 at 8:37 amDear Lori,
How much ironing do you find the rental linens need once they arrive. I am sure being folded and being shipped they will require some touch up to be beautiful and crisp for our reception but is it a lot of ironing required or just a little.

The linens do not require any ironing or touch up but depending on which linens you select, you may initially notice a few fine creases where they were folded. Here is what I suggest you do to minimize the need for any ironing or steaming touch ups:
The linens will arrive 3 to 4 days before your event. Upon arrival, unpack the linens and hang them up on a garment rack or in a closet. Each linen arrives on a hanger and wrapped in plastic. Any creases should release on their own before your event. I have a portable garment rack and a steamer that I use sometimes to quickly steam the folded crease of several linens in a few minutes but most of the time, this is not necessary.
If you have the luxury of putting the linens on the tables the day before the event and notice any creases, you can place a towel under the linen and using a spray bottle, give the linens a fine mist spray of water where the crease is and it will disappear by the next morning.
Out of all the linens I rented from Premier Table Linens, I only had two (The Majestic and the Spun Poly) where I noticed a fine crease in a few areas. This was probably because I left all 27 of the linens in the box for 3 days before unpacking and hanging them up. I did not touch up the crease at all and by the time I set the table and placed the centerpiece, the creases were not even visible. 1st and foremost, thank you so much for selecting Premier Table Linens. We greatly value each and every customer. To answer your question, we suggest rental orders be placed 30 to 60 days in advance of the event to ensure the linens can be reserved for you. However, our rental inventory is now large and many times we can accommodate last minute rentals, even a rental in the same week. If that is the case and it is a last minute reservation, we suggest before reserving to call us so we can make sure we have the items you need to rent in stock.
Our customer service phone number is (800) 937-1159. Out linen rental website is http://linen-rental.premiertablelinens.com/linen_rental/
